ArtÓ X William Thomas – Call Me. This original textured acrylic on canvas (stretched and boxed) 100cm x 100cm is part of the Icons collaboration series, a creative meeting of minds and ideas that came about during a June 2023 visit with William Thomas in our gallery in Stow-on-the-Wold. This piece is a vibrant wall filler and pays homage to the Ivory GPO 706 telephone from 1960, a modern device now highly prized for its vintage aesthetic. William employs a bold style of painting, using layering to create texture with great results. His attention to detail is also incredible. The 3D effect of the rotary dial and curly cable against a backdrop contemporary to the period make for an evocative artwork.

William is an artist who loves to paint without boundaries. He likes to travel and explore, here he brings those experiences to life, capturing the natural world in his incredible paintings as well as adding his cheeky sense of humour to some of the more unique creations. William works with a variety of mediums and substrates, his work can be infectious to those buying it. William's work truly brings walls to life.

Returns

In the unlikely event you're unhappy with your artwork you may return most items to ArtÓ within 28 days of receipt for a full refund provided you use a professional packaging and courier service and returned items arrive at the gallery in their original condition.
